2. Data we collect
When you use a project or partnership form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, business email, phone, website, markets, project capacity, cooperation type and the content of your enquiry. Technical server logs may include IP address, request time and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to answer you, assess a project or partnership and take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where the sender acts for a company, correspondence and protection against abuse or legal claims may also rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use form data for newsletters or unrelated marketing without separate consent.
4. External providers
Form submissions are delivered to an access-controlled company group using the Telegram Bot API. If you consent to live chat, Tawk.to processes chat and technical interaction data. These external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards applicable to them. Only authorised NEMESIS.SOLAR personnel should access enquiries. Hosting, IT and professional advisers may receive data only when necessary and subject to appropriate duties.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries are normally removed within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Data connected with negotiations, a contract, accounting duties, security incidents or legal claims may be retained longer for the period required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
