3 months
Nemesis Solar delivered a 20 MW utility-scale solar power plant in southern Sweden under a turnkey scope. From site preparation to full grid commissioning, the complete construction programme was finished in three months through parallel work fronts, disciplined logistics and one coordinated delivery team.
One contractor from site preparation to energisation
The assignment covered the complete construction sequence: site preparation, pile driving, assembly of the steel mounting system, photovoltaic module installation, cable routes and final commissioning into the grid.
Keeping the full scope under one delivery structure reduced interfaces between trades. Decisions on sequencing, access and material flow were coordinated against one programme rather than handed from contractor to contractor.
Parallel work fronts compressed the programme
The three-month delivery was achieved by running compatible activities in parallel. While piling and steel-frame assembly continued in one zone, following crews installed modules and laid cables in released sections.
This rolling construction front kept equipment and people productive without sacrificing the required order of work. Each completed section created the next safe, controlled work area for the teams behind it.

Logistics designed around continuous installation
A short programme depends on more than crew size. Materials, machinery and access routes were planned around the installation rhythm so that structures, modules and cable work arrived where they were needed without blocking adjacent trades.
Clear handover points between work fronts made progress measurable and allowed quality checks to remain part of the sequence rather than becoming a final-stage correction exercise.
A 20 MW plant delivered without trading speed for quality
The completed aerial view shows the scale and consistent geometry of the finished generating field. The construction images document the method behind the result: structures, module installation and cabling advancing as one coordinated process.
The project demonstrates Nemesis Solar’s ability to mobilise a turnkey solar EPC scope, control multiple disciplines and bring a utility-scale plant to grid commissioning within a demanding three-month programme.
