Integrated quality management begins during development and engineering. Correcting specifications or test plans early is usually more effective than finding recurring defects during commissioning.
Evaluate commercial resilience
Clarify payment milestones, securities, insurances, change control, delay responsibility and treatment of ground risk. Check that the cash-flow profile is compatible with procurement and mobilisation instead of forcing shortcuts on site.
Finally, evaluate communication. The strongest partner makes responsibilities visible, reports problems early and preserves traceable decisions. Those habits protect the investor long after the tender comparison is closed.
